We will accept postage paid returns after you have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization from us. Merchandise must be returned in salable condition within 30 days of receipt.
Just drop us a note with your name, address, phone number and the reason for your return and we'll send you a RMA number that you must affix to the outside of your package. No fuss, no hassle. Your satisfaction is guaranteed, period.
To ensure proper credit, please include a copy of your invoice with the returned merchandise. Please package your returned items carefully to avoid damage by the shipper. We are not responsible for damage caused by your shipper.
If you wish to exchange the item(s) you ordered for another size/color or something else, please include a copy of your invoice and a note telling us what you want. Be sure to include any sizing/color information. RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES MAY APPLY.
